“On March 8, 2019, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Alonso Gonzalez-Granados (‘Gonzalez-Granados’) was convicted of violating 18 U.S.C. 554(a). Specifically, Gonzalez- Granados was convicted of knowingly, fraudulently, and intentionally exporting and unlawfully sending from the United States, and attempting to export and send from the United States, fifty (50) rifle magazines and two (2) boxes of ammunition, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 554.”
